How JTM Office uses personal information
Effective 6 November 2026.
Who we are
JTM Office is a trading name of JTM Chilton Ltd (company number 16473640, registered office Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE). We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, reference ZC252128. Contact us at [email protected].
If we've written to your company
We write to limited companies and LLPs in the trades about our service. We find them from the Companies House register, their own websites and their public business listings. We hold the company's name, number, registered address, trade, website and a business email address, and the name of a director where it's on the public register. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: telling businesses about a service relevant to their trade. Every email says who we are and how to stop hearing from us. If you ask us to stop, we keep a short record of the address so we never write again.
If you ask for a free check or become a client
We use the details you send us to do the check, reply to you and, if you sign up, to provide the service and take payment. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing the contract. We keep client records for six years after the contract ends, for tax and legal reasons.
If you've contacted one of our clients
When you call, message or fill in a form for a trades company that uses JTM Office, we handle your details on that company's behalf. They decide how your information is used; we act on their instructions as their processor. We use it only to reply to you, arrange the job, follow up their quote and, once the job's done, ask for a review. Questions about it are best sent to the company you contacted; you can also email us.
